Blog Journal #9

        Due to the outbreak of Covid 19 many of us had to shift from a classroom to a computer when it came to learning. It was definitely a hard shift and experience filled with many trial and errors, but as time progressed we eventually learned the ropes. I liked getting more time in the day to get more things done, since we didn't have to travel back and forth from our home to school, there was definitely more time to prepare for the day and get work done after. I'll admit, I strongly disliked online learning, so the cons for me greatly outweighed the pros. I was not able to focus online, between my dogs barking often and my phone constantly buzzing , it was hard to stay on task. Not only this but there was constantly technology issues, the wifi would constantly shut down and this would cause our zoom meetings to not work.          Microsoft is still a fairly new tool for me and I must say now that I know how to navigate it , I do enjoy using it. Doing assignments like these truly make me excited to have a classroom of my own and I know it is helping me prepare for when I need to actually make these for my students. Having a requirement of making 10 slides really taught me how to space the information out. I forget sometimes that our projected audience for these power points are our targeted grade and that an information packed slide can be to overwhelming for them. I had fun with this assignment there was not anything specific that I disliked. Moon Phases Powerpoint      I learned how to further navigate diigo.
